Kyle Baltuch

Kyle serves as the Vice President of Employer Alignment for the Strada Education Foundation, an organization focused on collaborating with learners, educators, employers, and policymakers across the U.S. to bring to life a postsecondary education and training ecosystem that provides equitable pathways to opportunity. In Kyle’s role, he leads the foundation’s engagement with employer facing groups, ensuring the voice of the employer community is integrated into its efforts, helping better prepare the future workforce for the future workplace.

Previous to his role with Strada, Kyle served as the Executive Vice President of the Florida Chamber of Commerce Foundation. In this role, Kyle steered the operations of Florida’s leading research and policy development think-tank, driving innovation and thought leadership in diverse fields. He was instrumental in elevating the organization’s profile through groundbreaking research publications and impactful collaborations with industry leaders and policymakers, and is recognized for driving impactful change through evidence-based policy recommendations, influencing decision-making at state and national levels. Additional experience includes senior leadership roles at Florida TaxWatch. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer
at Florida State University.

Kyle earned a Master of Science in Applied Economics and a B.S. in Economics and International Affairs from Florida State University.
