In the U.S. Senate, Florida, like other states, has two senators (six-year term, no term limit).
In the U.S. House of Representatives, Florida holds 28 of 435 seats (two-year term, no term limit), based on state population and U.S. Census counts taken every 10 years.

At the state level, Florida has 40 senators (four-year term, two term limit) and 120 representatives (two-year term, four term limit).
