Summary:
- Designed to support economy to avoid layoffs
- 24 hours of a full-time work week must be covered by agency
- DEO will pay up to $275 per week to supplement employee income
- Available for up to 12 months once approved
- HR Dept, Financial Officer, or Bookkeeper should complete application in Connect
- A re-employment plan is required
- At least a 10% in reduced hours and at least 10% of staff must be working at the "at least 10%" reduction in hours
- Pre-existing program that could be used immediately without PPP or after PPP expires
- Legislation that covers the program
